If you've ever listened to The Mind Electric by Miracle Musical, you know that it's a mysterious and oddly disturbing song. If you haven't listened to it, go listen to it now because it's also really good /nf https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m2BDccjoBnI But anyway, I was just listening to this song, and I realized that there's SO much more to it than meets the eye-- er, ear, I guess? Namely, the strange voices in the background. If you listen really closely, you can hear people talking in the background of the song. I still can't seem to figure out what they are saying, but I have a feeling they're significant. If anyone knows what they say, please let me know.... Secondly, I did some digging and still can't seem to decipher the mystery behind this song, but I have found that there is a version on YouTube which is much longer and has the first half reversed. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0vfZjdK8Ktw I've yet to listen to the whole reversed version because I don't have the attention span to sit through a six-minute song (probably why I never listened to Lifetime Achievement Award lol), though from what I can tell it's just the song played twice, reversed the first time and forward the second time. I'm not sure why they did this, but I have a feeling it's important. This is kind of my new obsession, so I'm probably going to end up doing boatloads of research just to try to find out what the heck is going on with this strange and creepy song.
