||Chapter -7- A help out?|| A few hours later, Blaze woke up, her eyes were blue again. She looks around in horror of what she had done. “I-i-i did this…?” Everything was on fire, everywhere she looked it was horrid. Some cops pulled up near her and took her in. “I’m sorry…..” Blaze said in the most devastated voice ever, but knowing that won't fix anything. She was even more depressed and just wanted to finish her time in the world already, knowing all she does is cause problems and havoc wherever she goes. Not even a single person cared about her, or even wanted to be her friend. Not even Mako. When she arrived at jail, she took off her clothes and put on the tAcKy orange jumpsuit. After she was moved to her cell, she went to the corner and cried. “Just let me get out of this world, I'm done. I'm done. I'm done….” Blaze just wanted things back to how they were before. “I’m a monster…” Blaze said before looking up at a window in her jail cell. “Wait…” Mako stands outside flirting with one of the policemen and walks in-UwU. Blaze hears some distinct talking but looks at the door of her cell. “Huh?-'' Mako walks up to the cell. “....Hello, Kusai…” “Masky-” Blaze scowled at Mako and looked away from her.”I’m only getting you out of jail. Besides….” Mako gives a mischievous and evil smile, as her dark blue eyes only get darker.“I can’t -ill you if your stuck in jail~” “Try me bit**” Blaze glared at Mako as if SHE would be the one to kill someone. “THIS IS WHY I DON’T LIKE FRIENDS-” Blaze called out as she threw her arms in the air. “Do you wanna get out or not?” Mako said as she carelessly rolled her eyes “For a fact, you’ll never see those ‘friends’ again if not-” “I don’t even WANT to be in here OR out of here.” Blaze scowled. “Freaking betrayer.”Mako takes the keys from the guard next to her and opens the cell. “You’re welcome-” Blaze rolled her eyes and followed her. “Also for the record, I owe you nothing.” Blaze said in a soft yet threatening voice. “I guess so, but I can take what I’m owed by force~” Mako says teasingly. They got into Mako’s car (Which she had the license to) and drove off to Blaze’s house, which was easy because they were neighbors. As it was now 7:00 on the dot, the girls got out. Mako walks to her side of the street, throwing a finger in the air for Blaze as she goes to her side of the street. She didn’t know whether she should thank her or just scoff so she just ran into her house. “Hey!~” Blaze heard a sudden voice and gasped as she quickly turned around and saw Blake. “WHAT THE HECK HOW DID YOU GET IN HERE?” “Through the OPEN window in YOUR room-”Blaze looked kinda creeped out. “Uhhhhhhhhhhh….” Meanwhile, Reed was coming by to deliver newspapers again. He first knocks on Mako’s door and she carefully opens it. “.....Uhm….H-Hey R-Reed….” Mako awkwardly stares at him, hence the fact that she had no choice to show her face. “Uhm Hey-....You were gonna lose your cool at school back there…”. As Reed mentions the accident, she blushes as she forces herself to look away from his eyes. “Are you ok?” Reed said, Slightly confused. “E-err…yeah..” She said softly. “I bought you a new mask since the last one broke…Yeah….Here” Reed handed Mako the new mask. It looked the exact same but this time it had a blue color to it. “E-EHM! I-I..Thank you so much! T-this means alot to m-me…!” Mako stammered on her words and stepped back. “Uhm…To repay you….You can come in and I can make some dinner if you haven’t had any already….” Blaze heard Reed give Mako a mask and felt really bad knowing that Mako wanted nothing to do with her and Blaze had bought them both matching masks. “Hm….” She just sighed and walked to her room as Blake was confused. “Why aren't you calling the cops on me?-” “Just get out or I will.” “OK-” Blake jumped out of her window leaving Blaze alone. As Mako lets Reed in, she thanks him again. “SISSY SISSY! YOU BROUGHT A NEW BOYFRIEND IN? IS HE LIKE THE OTHERS!?” Kuko screams throughout the house “S-SHUT UP KUKO- IM BUSY! AND NO HE ISN’T LIKE THE OTHERS!” Mako forced Kuko back into her room and rushed to the kitchen. “Sorry about that…” She whispers to Reed.”It’s fine I guess…?” Reed was more of the quiet type and Mako wanted to know more about him. So as she cooks, she asks minor questions like his favorite food and favorite movie and he responds to it very well. She smiles after his every word as her heart pounds quietly in her chest feeling a secret excitement. Once she started plating the food and bringing food to her little sister upstairs (to keep her upstairs) she sat down with Reed to keep the conversation going. The two sat and talked for hours until it was time for Reed to go.
