Heart and star if you like my poem! It's the longest one I've ever composed.
You fly silently in the evening light, always out of sight. Sometimes I wonder where you stray, and if you have a place to stay. Your wings the color of the sky, they flap silently when you fly. Your voice the most beautiful singing, echoing from where you're clinging. Your eyes black and piercing, not one of them blinking. You follow me into the blackest nights, and the brightest of morning lights.
