He finds it too strict and wishes for his own freedom. It never understood the social cues made up by the Evergreens, and so its time as a Sproutling was full of constant scoldings from the Ancients. The others his age ignored him due to his 'weirdness' and he had no friends. When they were younger, they didn't mind this and were happy, considering the forest a friend to sing to and make art out of nature. But as it grew up into a sapling it got lonelier and wanted real friends. But he doesn't know how to be social in the way all the others do so he is called the weird one and while most ignore him, a few younger Drzewoods bully him. He wishes he could be 'normal enough' to have friends. They lash out at everyone else and become bitter to the world. The Ancients of their house scold and punish them for their actions, but they don't care. Deep down, they feel guilty, but they think that if they hurt the others first, they won't be able to hurt them and make them feel worse than they already do. It drives others away even more but one other Drzewood notices he is suffering. [also name tbd, or they can be someone else in rp if anyone wants to] They ask to spend time with him and he says yes. They become very close friends, and while everyone else hates him, he feels okay because he has them. He still hates himself and doesn't understand why they want to be around. But they are the only one that makes him happy. He is very protective of them and when one of the other saplings says something mildly rude about them, he fights them, but he is too weak, so he gets his scar on his shoulder. It realises it has a crush on them. It can't believe it has such feelings and doesn't think anyone can love someone like him, so he keeps his feelings hidden, and it grows distant from them. They don't know what happened to their friend and try to reach out, but Lemongrass ignores them, thinking they ruined everything. They feel so guilty for ignoring their friend and crush, but they feel like they have ruined everything and think it is for the best to be distant from them. They believe their only real friend is the forest.
