Hello! Welcome to Ocean Adoption Centre. Do you have any unwanted characters? Do you want characters? Well, you've come to the right place. Ocean Adoption Centre takes in any unwanted characters, and anyone can come and take them. It's pretty much a communal give-away. To put in a character, simply remix this project, use the base provided (edits to the base are allowed, if it is only things for the character to look as it usually should) and the fill out the small form included in the base provided. The 7th base has been made so you can more easily edit it. You can also leave a character as a permanent resident (pr). This means they are a community character. They will not be given away, but anyone can use them in their projects (as long as they give credit to you). Why you might do this: advertising, you don't want too many characters but still want to use this one, you want multiple people to be able to use your design. Once you have submitted the character, it will be brought into to the Centre. Seashine, the cat talking, is not up for adoption. If two people want to adopt a character, you both can agree to share it :3 Things to remember: Once you have entered, the character is no longer yours. If you want it back, feel free to adopt it, but if it is adopted before you make that decision, you will have to talk to the person who has adopted it to try and get it back. Do not blame either me, or the person who has adopted the character PLEASE. It is within their rights to decide not to give you the character back. By giving your character here, you are also giving me permission to edit it to fit the base a bit more etc. If you want to use the base in the project for something other than this character adoption thing, please ask me (I won't ask for payment, but if you want to pay me, I won't say no XD) I'm thinking of adding a new option, I have an idea- If you have any questions, please ask :D If I like a character that comes in, I may adopt it myself ;P
