He leads a 'gang' consisting of his friends Shoal, Kat, and Apex. He wears a foxy mask, spikes, and bandages around often, presumably to scare his brother or as a status symbol. He's incredibly self-centered and rebellious, rarely taking advice from anyone. Storm tends to make rather offensive jokes, and gets quite annoyed when the target doesn't either find it funny nor give a reaction. He loves doing things with his friends, and spends a good deal of time with them.
