He also never felt like he could fit in with the other girls, with the boys though, it was different. He felt… happier. At the age of 16, he started feeling like being a girl didn’t really suit him. He felt a lot of pressure about telling how he was feeling to his parents, because he didn’t know how they would act. One year later, he decided to come out as trans to his parents. His parents completely supported him. • Zmatok was lucky to be born in the family of two of the universe gods. His original name was Zatmenie (Eclipse in Slovak), though when he transitioned (at the age of 17), he wanted to name himself something that made him seem like a “bad guy”.
