first you need joseph blood dio skull fragment then you have both items in inv and say this Forge! then you complete next step you need to find to beat the first pillarmen (random boss i made up :P) then you get the boss drop which is ???? a strange black ooze then you just have it with all the items for this spec and it combines giving you item to get spec
