Sat down and SMASHED out some work on the Menu Demo. Here's what I did: - Imported the new soundtrack. It's 62 tracks with 18 victory themes. 7 of these 62 don't have stages. This is me trying to appease fans of series that I couldn't get content in for, like how I did with Bios. One of these series is Street Fighter, and the track is playing over there (Press flag!) I still have to sort the naming, but its an easy fix that just takes time. I'll try and fix that ASAP. - Sorted out the extras. I did all the ones I could without working on the engine, since some involve meta data or are the controls for the game, which I haven't worked on yet. Press space to see what these may look like! - Did some graphical tweaks to make certain areas feel more consistent in quality, like the title screen or the Soundtrack and Flashbacks (Museum mode) menus. - Added in a Show Hitboxes button. Once I tweak the soundtrack stuff and sort out the museum mode, I'll have finished the Menu Demo, and hopefully I can release it in time for the 2 year dev anniversary. I'll take a short break to deal with exams and play MGS2- and after that, I'll create the core engine based off the tutorials in the studio, then its just character and stage development. We're almost there guys, it's just the long stretch now. In regards to the 2 year dev anniversary, I'll likely do a direct summarizing the past year, reconfirming what fighters and stages will get in and briefly break down the Menu Demo. I've got a little suprise on the way by @BrickPlex , so hopefully you guys'll be excited to what that may be... To Reiterate: - In less than a week: Menu Demo & 2 Year Party - Short Break - Finish Engine Music (New to Soundtrack) Character Select (SF3 2nd Impact - Rukunetsu) Biographies (Opening Melee - Rukunetsu) Note: Though it's not as original as I want it to be, Rukunetsu's remixes perfectly capsulate the vibe I'm trying to go for with SSBG with the whole 'What if Smash Bros released late on the GameCube / Early on the Wii, between Melee and Brawl' vibe. Or as I call it in the Scrapped Content Extra (Press Space), 'Light Blue Melee'. Shoulda called this game Super Smash Bros Aqua...
