Helloooo there, I tried mimicking the coloring style and lineart style of one of my favorite manga artists, Wataru Yoshimizi! I really liked Ultra Maniac (scary title but not a scary book don’t worry lol) and Marmalade Boy’s art style so I wanted to do a kind of study-like-thing. But for the subjects; I drew my OCs, Cal and Benjamin! If you haven’t been on my Toyhouse I bet you don’t know them, but if you have, I draw them quite often! Anyways, I just absolutely love 90s and 00s anime art styles; which is one of the reasons the old 2001 fruits basket was such an important show to me. But yeah; here’s the art I did! :D I noticed that the coloring styles were a little fuzzy and very air-brushy, and kind of washed out and pale looking, so I tried to do that. But I accidentally made it a little muddy looking. But ah well.
