I made this project on my own and now I will tell you everything about this: When you start the project, you will see that the variable "Order" is equal to some numbers, for example 15424. I created 10 different sounds saying 0, 1, 2, 3 ..., 9. And with the right code it detects the Order and says it out loud. You can copy the script if you want, I made this project to test if I can make this on Scratch :)
