Thanks to Supercat333 for the base. Those are Spottedstream (left) and Frostpetal (right.) They are sisters, and Frostpetal is a medicine cat. She did the whole Leafpool and Squirrelflight thing, but Frostpetal didn't become a warrior. So if you haven't read those books yet, here's what happens with Frostpetal and Spottedstream. Frostpetal and Spottedstream were always close to each other, even after they lost there brother, and many say Spottedstream committed murder. They always talked to each other, Spottedstream collected herbs, and Frostpetal was always loyal to her. But when Frostpetal fell in love with a cat named Scorch, a loner, Frostpetal was the only cat to tell her sister. After a couple moons of being mates, they had kits. Scorch offered to take them all, but Frostpetal said "She wanted them to have a life of a warrior. You can pick one." Scorch picked Dewdrop, and she took off with Nettlekit and Snowkit. For many years, Spottedstream took care of Nettlekit and Snowkit if they were her own.
