Just press the flag and watch the animation! I made this as a test because I am planning on making a new game on @GAMER1860 soon, and I want to improve my animations for that!
Smear Frames are just a fancy way to add more movement. For a face like this one, just smear the eyes, mouth and any other detail on the face! They are really cool looking, and I had a ton of fun making this one! I highly recommend trying to use these in your games and animations, because it really makes things look better!
