--------------------------------Chapters------------------------------------ How to Sign Up for Auditions Storyboarding Drawing Humans+Animatronics Animating Story Writing Coding Voicelining HOW TO SIGN UP FOR AUDITIONS I need workers for my project, because I cannot do all of it on my own. I'll try to do at least 10% in each category, but it is unlikely that I could help with this advanced project. If you want to help, then type in what you want to work on and if you are familiar with the thing you want to do. I'll put the correct formatting in Notes and Credits. STORYBOARDING If you want to storyboard, you must at least have some knowledge on how to create a story by using art. I'd recommend you have to be at least a 3 on the experience scale. Basically, storyboarding is when you plan out something (usually animated) to make sure you remember what exactly what scenes to do. There are multiple storyboards, mostly for different scenes. Just a simplified version of the animated thing! DRAWING HUMANS+ANIMATRONICS If you want to do this one, there is no skill requirement. The only requirement is in your application, you have to send me a project of your work. You will get hired, but if you are really good, you will be one of the leaders of the drawing humans group. If you don't send me a project, you unfortunately won't be hired until you send me a project. You have to send the project within 14 days, otherwise you have to send in another application. [i would never ban someone from working someplace they want to :>] ANIMATING Yes, this is different than drawing. You can sign up for both drawing and animating, but my rule is to not go over having 2-3 jobs [for burnout reasons, you can send in an application for a different job/different jobs if you do not like the job(s) you have.] You basically just have to animate the models as best you can with minimal changes to the actual character itself. If you do too many changes to the character and the person who created the character does not like it, you will be asked to sign up for something different [also please don't rage when i ask you this]. STORY WRITING Yes, storyboarding and story writing are also different. The story writing comes first, and you make sure it is clear enough to be made into a storyboard, but also complex enough to make it interesting. I would recommend being at least a 6 on the rating scale. It can be lower, but if you are then you are being guided by the upper-leveled writers. The way to become a leader/manager with writing is to come up with at least 20 different creative story ideas, whether it be the main story or deep lore you came up with, whether it's scrapped or accepted, you will become a leader/manager. CODING It is recommended to be a intermediate level [4-6] to confident/very confident level [7/10]. Either you have watched a lot of scratch videos like griffpatch, etc or you just self-taught yourself how to program, it is likely you will be accepted if you did this for about a few months. To be a leader, you have to come up with 10 working codes NOT ASSOCIATED WITH CUTSCENES that are sort of complex. VOICELINING I don't really have any tips for this. Honestly, I think the best way is to just speak in your normal voice and hope that you get a good role. Unless I give a description for what I want a character to sound like, then it's a different story.
