Essentially the three of them met each other, all with the same idea that "bully smaller dogs is bad >:(" and created a group to help those who couldn't help themselves. Now that they are assembled they have a small "base" in Venice where they operate. They also work at healing dogs who have been injured in battle, though they only charge dogs who willingly came to them first.
