ＥＸＴＲＡ ＩＮＦＯＲＭＡＴＩＯＮ This is still a WIP project and more information will be scattered throughout scratch and my currently running blog for everybody. Nothing is 100% finished yet and it will take a while to do. Again, Serganese is a language designed for people who want a simple way of speech, another language in their lives, creativity, and a lot of fun ways to play around with this unique writing system.
