Either backpack everything, remix the project, or make this project your default project in scratch addons for a good starting template. Side note, place everything under the start game broadcast, not the green flag.
Do you need to make a project but you just don't have motivation to start from the blank. If you want a pen title screen, then make one yourself because I bet you can make a much better one if you make pen projects.
