7/2/24 This will return this year again as the Anniversary MAP; really want to get this finished ^^ - YEAHH IT'S THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN NaD(my comic)'S ANNIVERSARY IS COMING UP!! I think this is its third year of existence?? I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW LONG IT'S BEEN ACK-- But anyway, if you didn't know, every year I host a MAP as part of NaD Anniversary Week, which is a week in which I do different projects to celebrate NaD!! This MAP is always shared exactly on NaD's anniversary-- December 23rd!! But aNyWay, time to get on with the rules and such!! :'D ~~~About~~~ This MAP, unlike the two others I did on previous years, is NOT scripted!! It DOES have a little bit of theme, though. I'm very aware that NaD is VERY confusing, sometimes even to ME... so this MAP is to embrace that fact!! >:)) Basically, the MAP is about two spirits: The Guide and The Observer. The Guide is showing and explaining NaD to The Observer-- but even The Guide eventually admits that it doesn't know everything either, and still doesn't know a lot of things-- The Guide is an observer just like the Observer!! Essentially, for this MAP, you can animate whatever scenes or characters you want from NaD, but you can have these characters hanging out in the background or have The Guide explaining/showing The Observer the scene!! If you aren't able to fit The Guide or The Observer in your part, that's totally ok ^^ Let me know if you have any questions!! ~~~Rules~~~ 1. Use your own art! Please don't steal others art. Your art is fine on its own! Also, please don't animate in the backdrops. This because the MAP host can't easily transfer the part into the final project! 2. Be kind! Don't put others or yourself down on your/their art. 3. This MAP is beginner-friendly, meaning anyone can join!! This is a MAP to celebrate NaD and its small community!! 4. You can do PMV or AMV, either is fine! Make sure if you're doing PMV, it at least moves a little-- like gliding the picture, for example! :') 5. You can use any scene or characters from NaD, even ones that occur outside the chapters-- like in one of my animatics or special chapters, for example!! :'D And you can add or interpret the scene the way you think it goes-- You can add a little bit of your imagination!! :') 6. 3 parts max per person! You can only take two at a time, however. If you want to do a third, complete your MAP part first, and then you can ask for a third!! :'D Also, try to only use two sprites for your part ><' If you really need a third, just ask! :') 7. Try to complete your part within two weeks-- I really want this MAP to be completed before the anniversary passes! :'( Codeword is inside the project, by the way! :') If you aren't able to complete your part within two weeks, you can ask for a 1 week extension! :') 8.
