helo welcome to the scribe's weapon expo pt. 4 featuring the metal-bending sisters of the liquid-based skeleton gauntlets think it's worth noting that these are intended to be a *primary* weapon, and any combos should be built *around* these, not with them. yknow, since. it kinda controls metal. including your weapons. ANYWAY time to get into the mechanics (yaay!!) pretty simple concept for these: there are electromagnets embedded in the palms of the gauntlets, instead of the portal nozzles like in the liquid-based gauntlets. there are also six disks with electromagnets embedded inside that act as the main gimmick for the weapon. the electromagnets can be controlled by specific hand gestures, or by buttons on the wrists and hands of either gauntlet. both gauntlets are outfitted with shock-absorbing mechanisms that not only reduce impact on the arms (so your pilgrim doesn't lose their limbs every time a disk returns), but store the force of that impact for later release (for example, an extra-powerful punch to your enemy's face, or an extra boost to a disk throw). the disks have multiple functions, and are kinda the main selling point of the build. they can be controlled remotely (up to 12 meters, but you can always open portals i suppose), but specific triggers can be temporarily inputted via the screens on the disks themselves. each disk has four small, sharp blades that extend from the sides, and clamps on the bottom that allow them to grab onto things (like your opponent's weapons!! lol!!). additionally, while they are in the 12 meter wireless range, they can also emit electric currents that pass from one active disk to another. the electric charge only lasts about 1 turn after activation, and takes about 2 turns to recharge. the visor is the only psuedo-law item in the entire set. literally the only things it does are 1. allow the viewer to see magnetic currents, 2. show predictions of where magnetized items will end up next, and 3. give hints as to when to activate/deactivate the electromagnets. so uh. thats about it. might have forgotten a few details but i dont have time to proofread all this or anything
