This is my quick sketch of a random eye (snake, dragon, etc.) up to you what it is.
99% of the inspiration came from @LianaSV and their project https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/730949772/ Definitely go check it out, and you can easily draw this! I did it in Scratch, but I'm sure it would work better & faster if you did it in an actual art app.
