SOOOOOO NOT DONE. But this is Tess and shes a monster charcter for my Undertale OC thing. She's so cool she's like she has telekinesis and when she uses it her horns and eyes glow and it's gr8. She has a third eye but her FRINGE covers it. This picture makes her look tall when in fact she's really smol. (Ignore the messed up chest lol) Yes very not done tho. I drew this at like 2:00AM so don't kill me plz.
