They were made of the last remaining dog DNA, and they were sent out to rich people as pets. Felicity got a nice 20-year-old billionaire (or she would be a billionaire if there was any money left. Instead robots take care of everything. so there's no need for money), and lived in practically a palace with Ms. Gusta. There, Ms. Gusta was one of the few humans who actually liked these strange things called books (of course in the future, there is not a single paper copy left), and likes walking through gardens, and hosting mini fairs just for the two of them. Felicity enjoys these things. That's her happy little life.
