BEHOLD!!!! The first of the 4 Halloween characters! Jesus Christ this one took too long, but he's here! In my take of him, he's some bizarre mish-mash of different endos, most of which I modeled only for this fellow(took some notes from the Mimic while designing this guy). If it's not obvious enough, use the mouse to control the flashlight in order to get a better look at him.
