- Festive Updates 03. - An exciting day - At long long last! The day has come :000 - Frosty - Frosty has litterally done nothing not even ground work really so I popped a headcollar on her and walked around the arena with her. She really enjoyed this and did super well so I walked her over a pole, she got a bit excited.. but we carrried on. I gave her a groom in the wash bay as she's never been in there before and let her out into the field again! - Beach - Beach has done a bit more than Frosty. He's done lots of groundwork and a small bit of lunging earlier in the year before he was put in the field for a few months to grow up a bit. so today I popped him on the lunge in walk. Walked over a couple poles iwch he reallly enjoyed! We then went on a little adventure around the property! - Ocean - Today is the day of my first proper ride on Ocean we've done all the backing properly and we've sat on him a couple times but never 'ridden' him, I started by lunging him, walk trott and canter then re-tacked in a saddle and bridle. I mounted gently and walked around for 5 minutes before getting off and popping him into the field.
