[]Lupa (No known surname) [] []#235047[] []14[] []Female[] []She/Her[] []Caracal (caracal caracal)[] []Lupa is thin, standing at around 6 feet tall. She has dark brown hair that almost borders on black and pale skin. Her right eye is stormy grey (the original colour of her eyes before hybridisation), but her left is a deep golden yellow. Her teeth are more like a caracal's than a human's- sharp with slightly longer and more fang-like incisors. Her left arm is that of a caracal's, with hooked ebony claws, but her right has retained its human appearance. She also has a smallish jaw due to a habit of speaking quietly/mumbling.[] []Hybrid aquired abilities:She is more lithe, fast and agile than a human, and particularly excels at jumping far and high distances. She also has extreme precision, and is able to catch quickly moving objects. Lupa can also walk completely silently if she wants to, and, although also having other enhanced senses, has exceptionally good hearing, and both her eyes can dilate to allow her to see well in the dark. She can also go for long periods without directly needing to drink water. Major power: Lupa can hear whispers of conversations that occurred in the area (within 1m radius) she is stood in if she wants to. The most recent conversations are louder, older ones are fainter. She hasn't quite mastered the art of selectively listening to each conversation, so areas that are frequented often by people are places her ability is rendered pretty much useless (unless the conversation she is searching happened within a minute prior) as all she will hear is multiple layers of whispered words, which is often too overwhelming to even allow her to focus on sifting through them. [] []Sometimes, Lupa can feel extremely overwhelmed, for example when lots of people are talking at once, and can completely shut down and become unresponsive. She suffers from migraines, which stem from her amnesia. Also, partially due to having poor circulation, and not helped by her hybridisation with the savannah-dwelling caracal, Lupa gets cold more easily than most people. On the flip side, it does mean she can remain relatively cool (in body temperature) when it is hot. Lupa tends to keep quiet about her own knowledge and opinions of things unless directly asked to the point where she may have the solution to a problem, but is disinclined to say it as she prefers to listen rather than talk.[] []Lupa can come across as quite deadpan, secluded and cold towards others. She is intelligent, though also timid, shy, dislikes socialising and is socially anxious, and is resultingly often underestimated, however, she is very loyal to her friends, and will help them no matter the situation, even if she strongly disagrees with their viewpoint. She tends to stay calm in tense situations, and prefers to resolve things with words rather than brawn, despite her physical capabilities. Unusually, Lupa doesn't mind being in the lab as she was raised there, and has very few memories before her life in the lab. She is more inclined to stay in the lab than to escape it, and follows any rules set down to the T. She is also intent on learning, hoping that she can gain some understanding of the outside world. She speaks very quietly, and often mumbles, leading to people often having to ask her to repeat things she says.[] [] Status and whereabouts: Unknown[] []None to speak of yet[] []N/A[] []1 year[] []Lupa came to the lab suffering from total retrograde amnesia after she went into emotional shock, combined with a nasty head injury both sustained whilst being kidnapped, so pretty much only knows the lab. She considers it to be her home because of this, making her reluctant to leave, despite the cruel treatment there. 'Lupa' was a sadistic nickname given to her by the scientists when she first arrived due to her initially fierce nature towards the scientists, which mainly stemmed from her fear and confusion, that made her seem savage and wolf-like.[]
