Despite having a feathered wing in the pilot, Zooble's door icon has a bat-like wing. So they use any pronouns so yea you could call them a she or him but to me there a them/they. And as you can tell in the show that the boys have no eye lashes and the girls do so there for Zooble is a them/they.
