This is Lightning Spike. Here is his story: SO When Rainbow Dash and Scooterpony somehow turned her sister good again Cloud Dust decided to become a wonderbolt. At Wonderbolt Academy (Or whatever it's called) Cloud Dust met Lightning Spike. After they become wonderbolts they became good friends and eventually boyfriend and girlfriend.
