Drag the clothes. This is good for making characters, or something else...I dunno. If this gets positive feedback (A.K.A 25 stars, it has enough loves) then I will make themed versions... maybe. (Definately for my Scratchaversary.)
I don't actually know where I found the first few sprites, but I just recoloured them and duplicated them.
