@bjskistad made a project saying that Scratch Cat doesn't like "I'm Blue" because he doesn't have a blue costume. At the end, Scratch Cat was so sad because he couldn't dance! So I decided to cheer him up. Here's why Scratch Cat DOES LIKE "I'm Blue" ANOTHER ANIMATION??!! Yep. This one is a lot funnier. XD
