My gaehive manager application :)
TRANSCRIPT: Hi, my name is Cal. I've been a member of the gaehive since September 2022, and I'm 15 years old. I'm in the CST timezone, and I could probably be online a lot of the time on most days. I think that I would be a good manager because I am calm, responsible and care about this studio. I would try to help the Gaehive with conflict resolution and try to reduce the amount of drama as best that I can. I would also create fun thumbnail activities for the studio and try to promote a positive atmosphere. The downsides to me being a manager would be that I do have social anxiety, and while it's not as prevalent online I do struggle with interacting with users and telling people to follow the rules. Unique things that I could bring to the studio would be things like unique thumbnail contests and different pos hour prompts. I could also bring a calm and nuetral perspective to any drama that arises. The main issue that is important to me is better conflict resolution and reduced drama, ' but I also think that the studio needs a more helpful and positive enviornments. My stance is that if somebody vents, we should respond with kindness and understanding and offer to help while also providing them with a better space to do so, and I would encourage people to respond to euphoria requests as much as possible. I would recommend @PrincessMeta, @FireFromHeat and @achellieanlove I think these three users have demonstrated that they are responsible and capable and are good leaders.
