Playhouse is an area inside Chapter 3's setting, Playcare. It is characterised by its colorful, padded walls and tunnel-like areas. It's name suggests it was a place in which Playcare's orphans would play during their free time. The enclosures inside of it might also suggest that the children were taken there to meet or even play with the Experiments. This is further supported by its name, Playhouse.
