Rules 1. No stealing other peoples art, you may make your own base or use a base WITH credits to the original owner. 2. Please keep the design something sorta simple, or I may change the design a bit to make it easier to draw. 3. Please say somewhere if I'm allowed to kill them or apply features to them, such as blindness, broken limbs, ect, or I will ask. 4. No super-unnatural colors, colors such as red-gray, light/pale yellow, or light pink cats are okay, but neon colors are not. 5. I'll tell you if your cat gets accepted into the story, which it most likely will, and tell you if they are a background character, a character who will be in the story a lot, ect. 6. max is 5 cats, unless you have permission to make more! credits to me for everything :D
