So basically, you can use any program you want, but you can only use ONE LAYER for your entire drawing with an OC of yours. Sooooooooooo. Yeah. The One I drew was made in MS Paint (The most simple paint tool EVER) Also she is unnamed, and will not be named. Why? Just cause XD DELETE THE PICTURE IF YOU'RE REMIXING!
