It is currently not possible to register a new account with a 3-character name. 13 of the 18 inappropriate usernames were registered following the registration of @8B_, and the remaining five are currently still inappropriate. The most recently registered 3-character username account is @i8d, of which the original user had its username changed to @wavelets.
