Transcript: Snow's Manager Application!!! (Btw im also @Raining-emotions) Slide 1 - Hi! I'm Snow! This is my manager application! Here's a little bit about me :) - I am a non-binary lesbian - I LOVE singing and listening to music, and im in my school's top treble chorus - I have been in musicals such as Guys and Dolls, and Beauty and the Beast. - I love track! My favorite events are the 200M and the 4x100M relay - I am a 4.0 GPA student in honors classes - You can often find me with headphones on and socializing with my friends! Slide 2 - I am in Eastern Time Zone (EST). I am most often online on weekdays around 6-7pm and/or 10-11pm. My age range is 14-16. I started being active on gaehive on my old account around February-March 2022 (feel free to ask me on my profile for confirmation from my old account). Slide 3 - Reasons I think I would be a good manager: - I am very good at giving advice and feedback - I have already been/currently in leadership roles such as a leadership team irl and being a manager in previously active studios - I am very good at committing to tasks and finishing them early or on time - I am responsible, reliable, and mature Slide 4 - Downsides to me being a manager: - I recently got back from a break from basically anything social-related online, including scratch. In other words, if there was anything major that happened in gaehive over the last few months, I don't know about it. - I have bad anxiety and VERY bad panic attacks, which could potentially affect how often I'm online during a span of time - I just got out of a rough on and off 3 year friendship, and I am still mentally recovering from it. Slide 5 - Some unique things that I could bring to gaehive is I like to create little entertaining events such as bandwagons (2 truths and a lie, remixing lyrics, etc). I also host an occasional gaehive hunger games or just generally little events to keep people happy :) I also am very good at collaborating ideas and I am a very easy person to work with. Slide 6 - Here are my opinions about certain issues on gaehive: - I feel like trigger warnings are something that needs to be reinforced more. I've noticed less people use trigger warnings and tone tags, which are there for the general good of users who prefer them. - Euphoria comments should be answered as much as possible! Supporting other members should be a major priority :)
Slide 7 - If I were to be promoted to manager, I would stop any conflicts as soon as possible, I would encourage more intro hours for new members, I would make sure the rules of gaehive are enforced as necessary, make sure the convos stay scratch appropriate, and many other things! :) Slide 8 - Recommendation #1: @carovity Cakes is a very active and well known member on the gaehive who would be a good manager because: - Would be very good to get opinions from - Would be a very responsible manager - Would be great at enforcing the rules - Would be great at inviting members Slide 9 - Recommendation #2: @HamiltonR0bl0x Rori is a very cool and chill member on the gaehive! They would make a great manager because: - They are active and could definitely help the gaehive with their recommendations on improvement! :) - They are a very friendly fellow who would be fantastic in a leadership role - They're mature and would totally do great with things such as being welcoming to new people, breaking up conflicts and/or drama, etc. Slide 10 - Recommendation #3: @Soaring-Jay Jay is a highly responsible and respected member on the gaehive would would make a fantastic manager because: - They are extremely mature - They have previously automatically taken leadership in breaking up conflicts in the gaehive, therefore demonstrating they are more than capable enough to be a great manager - They are friendly and would help lift others Slide 11 - Recommendation #4: @GaehivePaneraBread Panera is a humorous and calm member of the gaehive who would make a outstanding manager because: - She is very relaxed and would be great at gently easing an end to drama - She is a fun person to be around who would 100% lighten the mood of the hive - She would help with improving social interactions between members Slide 12 - Thank you for reading!
