Drag the mouse-pointer to make the paddle go left or right and bounce the ball as many times as possible without the ball falling into the lava.
Rule of thumb: when the ball is going at a somewhat horizontal angle, try to hit it from the center of the paddle or else it might bounce toward the lava.
