It's a phrase we use here in Lira- it means all are welcome. We don't have many traditions here anymore, and everyone has their own culture and food. Everyone knows this phrase, though. CELIA: Why does everyone know it? RIRI: Because apparently when Lira was first founded, there weren't any real natives. Everyone came from somewhere different around the world. If you look around, you can actually see them engraved inside and outside town hall! CELIA: For real? It must be really important to you guys, then. RIRI: Yep! And soon, it'll be important to you to.
