Click on which level you want to use and then answer the questions (in numbers). For 'Custom', add as many numbers as you like, one at a time each time the questions come up. When you are finished, type the letter 'd' to the answer box and you can begin with the questions You can see the numbers used in levels 'Easy', 'Hard' and 'Custom' on the lists. 'Normal' uses numbers 2 - 12.
