Steps in wording: 1. Pour the melted 1% Agrarose gel into the tray and place comb into gel. 2. Leave to set for 30 minutes. 3. Pour buffer solution of 1x TAE to conduct from electrodes and place sample in wells. 4. Run Electrophoresis procedure for 45 minutes. 5. Stain/Dye the gel. (optional)
