Chapter. 3 Arthur had a face full of shock and fear. It took him a while but eventually he spoke “so…your related to…um” before he could even finish she knew exactly what he was going to say, she knew who he was thinking she was related to, and she knew he was wright, so before he could finish his question she decided to finish it for him so he didn’t have to feel so awkward “Voldemort…” she said slowly with a heavy sigh at the end “Yeah…are you?” Arthur replied carefully and slowly “…yeah…” she replied to him they were both silent for the rest of the train ride --well that could have gone better, I just don’t want to sound like I’m dumb because I don’t say my last name, I mean that’s kind of the first thing I say, I mean like everyone says both their first and last name so it is kind of important so I can fit in for once but again…ahh why am I’m so dumb!?!?!-- the thinks to herself eventually the train stops at Hogwarts with a sigh she walks in with the other first years as they all walk into the great hall; they can see the roof looks like the sky at night. all older years sit down at one of the four large tables, a few minutes go by before finally, the sorting ceremony begins, Dawn sits there waiting for her name to be called out, first up is Ormen Malfoy as he steps up almost instantly the sorting hat calls out his house “SLYTHERIN!” the entire Slytherin table cheers and claps for there newest member. a few more kids go up to get sorted after about 10 minutes later McGonagall calls above the crowd “DAWN RIDDLE” all of the other children are silent Dawn slowly walks up drawing all attention to her, as she sits down and the sorting hat is placed on her head without hesitation it calls out “SLYTHERIN!” she runs down to the Slytherin table and sits down next to Ormen not to long later Artur goes up and has the hat placed on his head, after a few murmurs from the hat it calls out “GRYFFINDOR!” Arthur rushes down to Gryffindor table and gets greeted by his house an hour passes, then two, then eventually everyone goes to get adjusted to the common room and their dorm rooms
If you can't tell I am still not that good at writing and wording things so I made it very simple with the sorting ceremony :| took a very long time to make this chapter sorry for the long wait :U Inspired by J.
