Press space to read here<< It was the second year of Hogwarts already, Bella thought to herself as she ran to catch up with Harriet, her younger sister, and her new friend, Eudoria. It had felt like just weeks since she went on the Orient Express for the first time. She and the others pushed their trolley through the brick wall as they all tumbled onto the infamous platform 9 and 3/4. The train let out a smokey toot as it signaled for its upcoming departure to Hogwarts. The rows of students chattered enthusiastically as they loaded onto the Orient Express. Bella looked up at the clock which hands pointed at almost 8:29 am. "come on!" said Harriet "The train leaves in 1 minute." The girls hurried onto the train with only seconds to spare. Harriet's little sister, Lizzie, was only in her first year so Harriet decided to show her to an empty chamber while Bella and Daphne looked for Jake, Peter, James, and Hammond. They walked past at least 12 carriages before they found them, seated quietly and playing card games. Bella knocked on the window and slid the door open. The boys looked up from their game and smiled when they saw Bella and Eudoria. "It's nice to see you all!" she said giving Jake a high five and Peter and Hammond a sideways hug."I haven't introduced you, this is Eudoria," said Bella. "hi" said Eudoria, shaking each of their hands welcomingly. Bella looked around and couldn't help but notice an empty seat next to Peter. "where's James?" she asked. Jake looked at Bella "You didn't hear?" he asked, when Bella shook her head he finished "he was offered a scholarship at Durmstrang." "Jackie will be heartbroken," Bella said, the boys nodded "he'll write though," he said. Before they finished their welcomes and introductions two girls rushed past. "Have you seen a tabby cat by any chance?" said Jenny. Everyone shook their head except the girl with Jenny. She half slid across the carriage on her heels to get to the other side. "Sammy!" she shouted, picking up a scrawny cat, hidden under a pile of bags. The girl noticed the group, looking at her confused. "I'm Daphne, Daphne Malfoy," she said smugly.
