It's for a school project. This is what I do for school projects, find some way to incorporate book characters, tell myself I'm going to draw them all in one day, then procrastinate until the day before the project is due. Also haha no ones gonna get it but check the costume names 1. Original Jess (Great Library by Rachel Caine) but I didn't like how I drew the gun and decided that wasn't school appropriate anyway. 2. Seth (Dragonwatch b5, by Brandon Mull). The program we're using won't let me upload gradients or glows properly so I just drew red around Vasilis. Also I think his head is kinda square shaped. 3. Also Seth, I'm not using this for the project (bc it's traditional art) but figured who cares I have doodles. From Fablehaven b5. 4. Jay traditional art, also not for the project, new Jay's design. The hoodie is Adventure Time (Pendleton Ward/Adam Muto) and it says 'You and I will always be best friends' which, if you've watched the show, is perfect uwu 5. Janner (Wingfeather Saga b4 by Andrew Peterson). Hands look off and hekk it if the gradient doesn't work, the stone looks weird otherwise and I'm not looking up which one it is again. 6. Ivypool (Warrior Cats by Erin Hunter, Omen of the Stars b6-based). I think she looks cute- and I like the blue stripes/hair or whatever 7. Finn (Adventure Time by Pendleton Ward/Adam Muto, finale base). The mechanical arm looks off and I hate his basic design but it's a children's cartoon from 2010 so who cares that much- the sword was really annoying to draw 8. A birdpaw 9. Anne (Amphibia by Matt Braly) in her ultimate anime form- this took like 3 days to draw ;v; 10. Jess redraw holding a book instead :P
