okay so when i started writing ravens, i had no native islanders in mind to have roles in the book. but here we are, and now eiran's involved!! nevertheless, let me say that my characters are in no way mocking native americans, and in fact they aren't native americans, but natives of conlaed. i hope this makes sense <33
