He was originally made to help mine the valuable copper needed to make wires in robot circuitry. He was stolen, reprogrammed, and subsequently took control of the mining complex in order to provide more parts for the construction of Rockman Shadow's army.

Yeah, I know I keep teasing other things, but after the long wait for the next MMBB3 boss I thought I'd contribute something to take the weight off @james08 for a little bit while keeping BB3 alive. I know I don't quite have the same flair as his projects have but hopefully this will keep people happy until his next boss. (Oh, and I kept Extermination in there as a secret boss theme as per usual. I know it's not something that Boss Blitz usually does but since this does have a distinct "Retrokid flair" to it, I put it there.)
