You play as a protein worker, who's job assigned by the chief to complete tasks. Carbohydrates -------------------- Chief informs you that a cell cannot break down carbohydrates polysaccharides into monosaccharides and is desperately in need of energy. Without this energy, the cell cannot function or do biological processes like hydrolysis or dehydration synthesis. You are tasked to find the carb blocker (Kidney beans), and find the source and destroy it. -(The Kidney beans will inhibit an enzyme from breaking down starch into glucose and other nutrients, a big type of carbohydrate that's in our daily foods.) Find the weak point and use your power. Lipids --------------------------- The glycolipids are unable to stop rogue ions from entering due to the taking of oxygen from the lipid cells. Find the invader(enzyme) and take them down. You need to hurry or else the thief may get into the cell through the phospholipid bilayer, and break apart oxygen atoms from the steroid lipids, or cholesterol, or other triglycerides(fats) that would be stored inside the cell, not to mention other biological molecules, all having oxygen. Careful of the rogue ions and oxygen, they will harm you. Rogue ions can be blocked by a shield. Oxygen will block the connection to the invader and the cell, wait for the right time and break that connection. Made for Extra Credit Bio Project.
