It is about a girl who comes from a magical land, but somehow came to Earth as a baby. She doesn't know she's from this land. One night she is at a school dance that has been called a 'ball'. She goes hoping for a fairytale night ( secretly) but finds only one of disappointment - like usaul. She leaves and finds herself in this new magical place, where she meets many other people.
