this is definitely one of the art revisitations of all time [space] - toggle on/off lighting and smoke effect [down arrow] - Look at Older Art (2020) Original Project: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/424335532/ Three years ago, I made a thumbnail entry for a Bring Me To Life OC MAP being hosted by the late @Nettleshade. This was back when the COVID-19 lock down got me started to pick up digital art as a hobby, and I was in the early phase of understanding human anatomy. Now that Evanescence is celebrating Fallen's 20th Anniversary this year, I decided to look back at what I made back and 2020 and extend on it. I kept most of the elements, but extended to add more emotion to make the hanging OC feel more in danger, whose name is Anthony btw, and at least providing him with a choice with the clock running against him. I think this was significant to post this on scratch, mostly because I rarely do redraws of my old art. But in this case, I figured that showing how my art skills has evolved over the past three or four years can show people that consistent practice will show later down the road. -= Art Notes =- ▪ Created Using CLIP STUDIO PAINT PRO [v. 1.12.8] in Windows 10 22H2 ▪ Canvas Size/ Resolution: 2844x1600px / 600 dpi ▪ Color Palette: All, Yellow, Green, Blue ▪ Monitors Used: 24" Acer K243Y, Old Dell Monitor ▪ Monitor Lighting Modes: Graphics, Adobe RGB ▪ Blue Light Filter Notes: Off ▪ Total Visible Layers: 255 ▪ Active Work Sessions: 11/8/2023, 11/10/23 - 11/17/23, 11/19/23 - 11/21/23, 11/23/23, 11/26/23, 11/28/23 ▪ Total Time Frame: 15 Days Active; 6 Days Away ▪ References: Reference Sheet, Personal Pose hanging on a door with one hand with Photography Assistant, "Cracked Rock" DuckDuckGo Image Search, Hand Pic ▪ Inspirations: Old Art from 2020, Just Dance 2023's "Bring Me to Life" Routine, Bring Me To Life Music Video, The Umbrella Academy Season 3 Sources: ▪ Former MAP Hosted by @Nettleshade ▪ Song Used - Evanescence - Bring Me To Life ▪ Smoke GIF from @Gleamur ▪ VHS Effect from i seriously need a break from major art projects frfr
