edit: BRO I NEED TO DO WIGGLY WONDERLAND THIS YEAR HELP edit: i failed lmao i have like a couple hours - Harry Mack was my top musical artist on my spotify wrapped for this year which is hilarious to me but also i just... seriously adore the slime rancher 1 soundtrack with all of my being. slime rancher gives me an immense amount of nostalgia, and almost every single song i listen to gives me instantaneous images from the game into my brain. this game was such an important part of my life, and i swear i've put over 200+ hours into that game over the years, mostly on just one ranch. i could recite the layout of my ranch in my sleep, hell, i could even recite the whole map in my sleep probably. i've popped all the gordos that you can get without a gordo trap, i've upgraded my silos, corrals, gardens and coops etc. to max amounts, gotten all the upgrades for beatrix, bought almost every toy for the slimes, and i still have stuff left to do in the game(freaking 7Zee). i didnt even beat the game for years because i was so focused on just the ranching part and when i did finally beat the game after three years spent with the game, i was... emotional, to say the least. its been years now, and i really can't connect to sr2 the same way as i do with sr1, and even the soundtrack just doesnt hit the same. even though i love sr2, i will always always always hold a very very special place for sr1 in my heart. the soundtrack fills me with an immense amount of emotion every single time, and "Ranch Night" is just one example of my favorite songs that almost always manages to tear me up whenever it happens to show up on my soundtrack playlist. so thank you, Harry Mack! and if you play slime rancher, hmu /hj
