go outside and throw yourself on the ground (grass/safe terrain only) think of stuff you can look forward to do some yoga walk your dog start a business (pet sitting, slime, lemonade) tease ur sibling talk to a friend cry outside cry in a well lit room Do watercolors write a letter to yourself for the future telling you how your gonna better yourself offload social media (tt, ig, yt) listen to audiobooks do ur hw have a meaningful conversation with parents write a book text a GC get off of this website for a bit, I’m serious :’) gossip with ur friends build a fort read an interesting book go to the pet store get starbucks have a self care day take. a. bath. make bath bombs ride a bike while listening to happy music write a book about your ideal life and then puzzle out how you can get your life to be as close as possible to the book go into a room, turn on screaming music and dance + scream to it play a sport (horseback riding, soccer, cross country, cheer, ultimate frisbee, volleyball etc) go to school go for a morning walk/bike ride get as many steps as you can eat healthy make a wish branch out (find new friends) scream into a pillow do some ugly makeup put on an ugly filter for a bit, then take it off so u realize which parts of ur face look pretty draw on paper decorate ur room color a white page until the entire thing is full make a movie night spend time with ur family create plans for tmr write this emoji - :’) smile into a mirror until you believe it hope this helps bc I know I feel like this sometimes hahah not trying to be depressed but I’m tired *high five* :’)
