His shop is full of seasonal goodies for people to give away on special occasions. He meets peculiar customers with their own interesting stories and relationships and sometimes he ends up having to go on unintentional adventures. Their kind hearted, but a little pushover and a people pleaser, as they think the customer is “always right”.
